I'm a 40-year-old mum of three based right here on the Sunshine Coast — and I started this journey for the same reasons most of my clients do. Life got busy, my body changed, and I needed to find a way to feel strong and healthy again without sacrificing everything else.

That experience is exactly what makes me different. I'm not a 22-year-old with no commitments telling you to train twice a day. I understand school runs, late nights, and the mental load that comes with real life. My programs are built around your world — not the other way around.

Do I need to be fit to start? +

Absolutely not. I work with complete beginners all the time. In fact, starting from scratch is often easier because we build great habits from day one. All you need is a willingness to show up.

Where do sessions take place? +

Wherever works best for you — local parks, your home, a gym, or a beach. I'm based on the Sunshine Coast and travel to clients across the region. Online sessions are also available.

What if I miss a session? +

Life happens — especially with kids. I ask for 24 hours' notice where possible, but I understand that's not always realistic. We'll reschedule and keep moving forward. No stress.

Is nutrition coaching included? +

Basic nutrition guidance is included in all packages. For more detailed meal planning and ongoing nutrition coaching, this can be added to any package — just ask me about it.

Are there lock-in contracts? +

Never. I don't believe in locking people in. If something isn't working, we change it. If life gets in the way, we pause. I'd rather earn your loyalty than force it.
